“My experience with grooming my dog at this location was pleasant. The only issue I had with grooming was that my dog’s nails seemed a bit uneven and sort of cracked. Maybe they use a nail grinder,not sure. Anyway,she looked and smelled good afterward. My experience with boarding my dog was good… The only issues I had: the staff didn’t communicate with each other and tried to make me pay at least 2 more times,although I paid in full during the initial reservation over the phone; I provided 1 and a half bags of Purina dog food for my dog and somehow she ran out of it in 10 days… although normally this amount would last her for at least 3 weeks.
