“There needs to be a negative star rating! Do NOT board your cat here. My poor cat came home,completely covered in cat feces. He is now traumatized and hiding under the bed. The staff claimed that he was aggressive towards them,but when I called,they didn’t give me any indication that he was being that aggressive to the point they couldn’t even handle him.”
