Good experience overall. Obviously obtaining appointments will always look different for everyone depending on their availability,but compared to other places where I was told that I would have to wait weeks just for a calendar to drop and then they might be able to see me,East Bay Vet Clinic’s flexibility and readiness was really appreciated. Everyone is nice,straightforward,and professional. Communication is great. My only suggestion is to arrive early to find parking and make time for the walk over!
I had a great experience. We took Leia in for vaccines. The next day they called me to check on her! Great service. Great people. My only comment for improvement is to fix the doors so they don’t slam so loud. Leia kept jumping.
I brought my new Puppy to East Bay Vet Clinic and they have been amazing with every visit. The staff is very kind,thorough,and they even call to check in post-visits. I feel that my dog is in great hands.
