Chariety “Babygirl” Kendall had a positive experience with our clinic,emphasizing our helpful staff and reasonable prices. She appreciated the thorough explanation of products and feels confident that her fur babies,Tuxedo cat Precious and Pitbull puppy Babygirl,will now be happy and free from fleas.
However,we understand that not every experience is perfect. Sydney Thomas had a disappointing vet experience at our clinic. Despite consistent visits for a breathing and coughing issue,her dog’s condition wasn’t accurately diagnosed. It was only after seeking a second opinion elsewhere that the underlying issue was identified and appropriately treated. Additionally,Sydney experienced disorganized record-keeping and overcharging for nonexistent procedures.
Another dissatisfied customer,Kat Reed -_-,recounted poor experiences with our boarding services. Her German Shepherd returned home dirty on the first occasion,and on the second visit,the dog’s leash was handed back in tatters. Kat felt frustrated by the lack of accountability from our staff.
