We’ve been bringing our pets here for years,and we adore Dr. McCauseland. Our latest visit was for a rather rare ailment that she was able to immediately diagnose. Rather than just prescribe meds and hope for the best,she went above and beyond by researching the condition over the weekend,looking into the ingredients of multiple food brands,and determining the best one to help our dog prevent future problems. She even tries to be as gentle as possible when giving our pets shots or taking blood. Not to mention,their prices are the best in the city. We seriously couldn’t ask for better!

Receptionist was Very rude,the building and equipment very old and out dated,prices are extremely high for the services you receive. I would highly recommend taking your pet somewhere else.

For a number of years I took my dogs in. At one point I had four each of whom had their care. One,in particular,had “lipomas” according to the vets. Now,I am saying goodbye to him. The lipomas were slow-growing cancers. Had they been removed then,he would have had a better life. They charged me for “grooming” a pom I once had. He looked like he had been in a fight with a bobcat. Last,I had one of my inherited pups in for his yearly. The vet tore me a new one because his teeth were in terrible shape and that I should be reported and on and on. When he got through with his rant,I advised him that his mouth looked exactly like it did when they completed the dental of the year before. I cannot tell you how many times I paid for services that were not completed or inadequately so. I trusted this practice with the care of my pups and I will always regret it.
